The way that they are now, by the date, is very hard to find the recipe that I want. I tried to write to Campbell's but they didn't answer me. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you, > Mihaela Miheala...first of all I want to say welcome to the table, enjoy reading and getting recipes from Campbell's frindly posters and be sure to post some of your favorite recipes for us . I do not use the Recipe Box feature so I can't help you but I would suggest you post.......read below In this list of forums is one titled...Kitchen Table Help That is where we usually post ''help'' questions because they usually check those postings often. Click on 'Kitchen Table Help'...then start 'New Topic' (in green at top of page) and maybe you could name your topic (in the Subject line).... Help with Recipe Box......to get their attention. BTW...I love your name, I named my daughter Mailea (the Hawaiian spelling for it is ''Mahleah''). Good luck, Cin(\0/)...aka..C (P) S P.S. I sent a message to one of the ''Help's persons'' and asked them to post some ''Recipe Box Tips'' in the Kitchen Table Helps forum...hopefully they will. Scott.. Thank you that is the recipe I was looking for. I have written it down and saved the reply also. I know that they have many recipes and must decide on which ones to maintain on their website so it is great that the community can come to the assistance when required. Leonard

Leonard, I hope this is what you are looking for: 4 loin or pork chops (1/2 inch thick) 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil 1-1/3 cups uncooked instant rice 1 cup orange juice Salt and pepper to taste 1 can (10-1/2 ounces) condensed chicken with rice soup, undiluted In a skillet, quickly brown pork chops on both sides in oil, you are not cooking just browning for extra taste (this can be skiped if the chops are thiner, if they are thiker just add a little more time covered) . Sprinkle rice into a greased 9-in. square baking dish. Add juice; arrange chops over rice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour soup over chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover, bake 10-15 minutes longer or until meat juices run clear and rice is tender. I have made it with regular rice, but increased the OJ to almost 2 cups -- Edited by 2598976 at Oct 21, 2009 7:00 PM CDT

I am hoping someone out there has a recipe for pork chops on rice that utilizes chicken and rice soup and orange juice. I had this recipe on an old Campbell's soup label but recently moved and since then I am unable to find it. Thanks in advance.... Leonard

When I'm in a hurry the Campbell's recipe I use the most is the chicken and cream soup. Just fry the chicken, add the cream soup and simmer, covered. It's quick, easy and delicious. The gravy it makes is great over mashed potatoes.

Hey VIv.... thanks for your review of one of Campbells recipes.... But, since 'they' put out recipes EVERYDAY.... I think a separate thread/post when replying to 'keepers' that 'they' discover is in order.... I've tried many of their email recipes... not many keepers... but just so happens that I too was holding out with a keeper.... posting here until we decide what it is that we want to do. Saucy Sautéed Shrimp 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 lb. fresh jumbo shrimp, shelled and dev; eined 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 1/2 cups prego® traditional italian sauce 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley 1 tsp. crushed red pepper Directions: HEAT oil in skillet. Add shrimp and garlic. Cook over medium-high heat 3 min., stirring often. ADD pasta sauce, parsley and pepper and cook over low heat until shrimp are pink. Serves 4. Adapted: Campbell's Kitchen This recipe is terrific served over hot cooked angel hair pasta (or wide egg noodles) -- ....... eat mo' grits
