I also welcome you Lillan! Congratulations on using your pool for exercising. You can get a lot of exercise just by doing simple things like walking from one side to the other side. Move your arms back and forth underwater. I have a friend that has bone cancer and broke her leg. She is taking classes. I will try to remember to ask her what exercises they do. Keep up the good work!

I have a nice swimming pool in my back yard (Florida) but I do not swim. Does anyone know some not so hard (65 years old) exercises for the pool. I do some leg kicking but thats about it. Any suggestions would be appriecated. Thank you, Lillian
