    Mommy Mo ,
they weren't that big, about 1/2 inch thick. They didn't dry out at all because they were cooked at a low temperature and covered . They are kind of slow-cooked and the steam keeps them moist. The bone helps keep them juicy too. If you want to use boneless, it would be good, maybe you want to check on them after an hour. Cook them until they're fork tender. The gravy keeps them moist too.

Do you think the pork chops will get dried out at all baking for so long? I'm used to baking small pork chops without the bone for like 15 mins or 20 mins or so. Are these the ones with the bone, the BIG ones? (Yeah, I am showing my ignorance about what a pork loin chop is lol).

This recipe is awesome! Easy too!

    1 egg
    2 tablespoons water
    6-8 pork loin chops
    1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons vegetable oil-I used olive oil
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 can (10-3/4 ounces)condensed French onion soup , undiluted
    black pepper, to taste
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    hot mashed potatoes

In a shallow bowl, beat the egg and water. Dip pork chops in egg mixture, then coat with bread crumbs. In a large skillet, brown chops in oil. Transfer to a greased baking dish. Combine the soups, pepper, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over chops. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1-1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Serve with mashed potatoes.
    Cozy, comfort meal! Enjoy!:)
