I liked that these were a new way to fix pork chops! Does anyone else have some tried and true recipes for pork chops? -- Jennifer "Every Saint Has A Past, Every Sinner Has A Future"

These were so yummy! 1-2 tablespoons olive oil salt & pepper 2 pounds pork loin chops (4-6) 1 can (10-1/2 ounces) condensed golden mushroom soup 2/3 cup apple juice or apple cider 1/4 cup chopped onion or 1 teaspoon onion powder 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 pinch thyme 1 pinch rosemary 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 tablespoon cornstarch 2 tablespoons cold water Season pork chops with salt & pepper (I use Emeril's Essence & pepper, no salt). Brown chops in oil and transfer to a baking dish. Mix soup, apple juice, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar . Pour over chops. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees F for 1-1/2 hours or until fork-tender. Remove chops to a serving platter and keep warm. Pour pan juices into a saucepan. Combine cornstarch and cold water and add to the saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally , then turn down to a simmer and stir until thickened .Serve over the pork chops. Great with mashed or baked potatoes. Optional: Can put baking potatoes in the oven with the chops and they will be ready at the same time. -- Jennifer "Every Saint Has A Past, Every Sinner Has A Future"
