I hope everyone in Canada had a wonderful Thanksgiving.. I just mentioned to my friend... that I am so tired of getting the spam mail..lose weight by Thanksgiving... I said I wish I lived in Canada..cause then I would have a year  |

Thank you all for the holiday greetings! I'm off for dinner at friends' tonight, and even as I type there's a turkey breast in the oven - insurance that there will be turkey sandwiches this week!
I'm taking along the ingredients for an apple-and-cranberry crumble. It'll go in the friends' oven when the turkey comes out, and should be nicely baked when we're ready for dessert.
The main menu is set to be broccoli, buttercup squash, mashed potatoes, roast turkey with gravy, home-made dinner rolls, and at least a couple of other desserts. We'll all be so full! • Janet
