Angela, as not to waist any of it, I put it in plastic ice cube trays, then slip into zip-lock bags when set and put in the freezer until I want to re-melt and make something someother time.

    Angela,

How about some rice crispy treats. Mix in rice crispy or cocoa crispy, some mini marshmallows or some marshmallow cream to some melted bark and pour into a greased pan, cool and cut. You could add some rolled oats to the mix, or some coconut flakes or shreds, or some almond paste to make it softer. You might want to add some butter or cream to the melted bark to make it a little softer, if you don't use some marshmallow cream.
