Cooking Soup: Chicken Broth

Ingredients
1 can Campbells "Good for cooking" Chicken Broth
1 pound chicken, raw, diced
1 egg
1/2 medium onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1- 1" knob ginger, finely minced or grated
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
3 green onions, minced
Instructions
On medium heat, add vegetable oil to medium sauce pan. Once oil is hot, add onion, ginger and garlic . Cook on low to medium heat until ingredients become soft, slightly crispy brown and fragrant.
Add chicken, soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook chicken until thoroughly cooked.
Add 1 can chicken broth and 1 can of water. Let come to boil
In small bowl, crack egg and gently beat.
When soup is boiling, add egg and stir into soup until well combined.
Let soup come to boil again, add green onions, then turn off heat. Serves 4
