Susan..this sounds yummy. I would never have thought to put mayonaise in a soup!! I have made a corn soup in the past..but this sounds so much easier. I can't wait to give this a try on a cold winters day!!

Hi Everybody. I am new here. Love this site! I have gotten so many great new recipes. This is much better than spending money on a cook book! I want to share a recipe I found about 2 years ago, and I have made it at least once a month since I discovered it, because I do love corn! It was from a Betty Crocker Recipe Library Card, dated 1971. It does not specific "Campbell's" soup, but of course, I never use anything else! 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 cups milk 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 can (16 ounces) whole kernal corn chopped pimiento snipped parsley In saucepan, heat soup, milk, mayonnaise and corn (with liquid), stirring occasionally. Garnish with pimiento annd parsley. 2 servings, 1 cup each. P.S. - I once mistakingly thought I could use Miracle Whip, because I was out of mayo. YUCK! You probably realize that this was TOO sweet! Bad substitution on my part! Also, be sure to stir and heat long enough, to get the lumps out. And I don't add the pimiento or parsley, but it looks pretty in the picture! Have a great day!
