Yes...good "Comfort" food. Like both posters suggestions. Shannon Eyre Total Posts: 1 Member Since: 3/13/03 wonder why Shannon has been away from the table for so long?? Maybe she'll return. Welcome to Sherry Warlick, see you've been a member since `06....so you've been here longer than I have. -- Cin(\0/) -- Edited by 2932550 at 01/14/2008 9:42 AM

YUMM Shannon and welcome to Campbells. Your recipe sounds great. All these recipes lately are things my mom used to fix when I was little. "Comfort" foods to me! -- ~*~Angela~*~

This is a recipe that I make with left over chicken. My favorite is baked or rotisserie chicken. Take a bag of success boil in the bag rice. Cook it in a can of swanson chicken broth until rice is cooked. drain rice and pour in a dish. Add left over chicken diced or pulled off the bone. This makes a great one plate meal. You could add veg. during the boiling process of the rice. The swanson broth gives this dish a great taste -- Edited by 2627991 at 01/14/2008 5:11 AM
