This looks so yummy. Maybe hubby will go to Ruby Tuesdays for me this afternoon and bring some spincah artichoke dip home. LOL I'm so bad. LOL ~Shan

YummmmO hotbiscuit...that's certainly easy enough. Sounds like a keeper  ....thanks for sharing it with us. You could also transfer into a ''bread bowl'' you've previously carved out...and serve it with the bread cubs. --Cin(\0/) -- Edited by 2932550 at 02/04/2008 1:45 PM

My neighbor made this the other night for Scrabble: Take one jar of the Tostidos Creamy Spinach Dip; mix in one jar of artichokes marinaded in EVO, drained and coursely chopped; place in small baking dish; top with cheddar cheese and bake at 350 until heated through and cheese is melted (about 20 minutes). Serve with crackers or tortilla chips. It was delish!
