I have some updated notes. use banana flavored pudding adding some sliced bananas use one lemon pudding and one vanilla use 2 deep pie plates use cheese cake pudding add any kind of chopped fruit (high acid fruit, cut the milk 1/2cup) put decorative fruit on top no fat cream cheese works if you are out of cream cheese 8 oz of cottage cheese and the milk blended works (yes blenders work for something else than frozen margaritas)

This does sound sinfully delicious indeed. Yummy. Scott, I'm sure your friends must really appreciate the things you enjoy doing for them. Sounds like a win/win situation all around. Very nice.

I was a chef at 21 and cook for my friends now. One has MS and a teenage son, another just had major operation and can't get out of the house. I find it fun to fix things and help other people.

< You are dangerous for anyone watching their weight.> Use sugar free pudding, low fat milk, and light whipped topping. It should cut the fear of the bulge.

I just tried this with german chocolate puding and chocolate whiped toping. Grated a little dark chocolate on the top. It is to die for. It might be good as sort of a boston cream with two boxes of vanilla on the bottom and then one box of chocolate on top.

Scott, reminds me of a Napoleon Trifle which was posted a few years back. The trifle had puffed pastry , vanilla pudding, whipped topping and chocolate syrup drizzled. I remember adding sliced bananas to mine! YUM!
